  1. Critical to note for Fan Pages is that the page must have been established by May 31, 2009 and they must have had 1,000 fans by that date as well. Otherwise they will not be able to choose the Fan Page username on Saturday. If someone steals your user name, you can report that someone’s username infringes your rights, by filling out Facebook’s automated IP infringement form at http://www.facebook.com/copyright.php?noncopyright_notice=1. To prevent the registration of a username that infringes your trademark, you can go here: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=username_rights
